Ronald McDonald Care Mobile
Ronald McDonald Care Mobile® deliver cost-effective medical, dental and health education services to underserved children – right in their own communities. Each 42-foot long Ronald McDonald Care Mobile houses two patient examination rooms, a laboratory, a reception area and a medical records area. The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile provides continuity of care by providing follow-up services and referrals to a primary care physician, dentist or pediatric sub-specialist.
The 31st Care Mobile was delivered to Medical Center Hospital in the Permian Basin area on August 28, 2007. It provides direct services for approximately 1500 children ages 0-21 each year.
