What does it take to be a volunteer?

• Attend the orientation for new volunteers - see available dates below
• Complete a volunteer application - available online or receive one at orientation.
• Pay $5.00 for a background check - this charge ensures a safe place for all families and volunteers.
• Schedule a time to come in and get started - you might want to bring your personal calendar so we can see which time works best for you.
• Come with a open heart -- you never know what you might become passionate about!

For Lubbock:

Training dates are listed below.  As a general rule, orientations are held on Monday afternoons (4:00p.m.) and Thursday mornings (10:00 a.m.).  PLEASE CALL AND MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE ATTENDING AN ORIENTATION!  If you cannot make it to one of the scheduled orientations, please call to make arrangements.  We can be flexible to accomodate your schedule.
