Hotel Guidelines for House Guests

Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Southwest is committed to help keep you close to your hospitalized child. We will provide lodging at Hawthorn Suites for the foreseeable future with an evaluation on September 21, 2021. Advance notice will be provided should this program be altered or suspended at any time. *

All Ronald McDonald House program eligibility guidelines and code of conduct apply under this temporary arrangement.
1 room will be provided per family until a room is available at the House.
UMC or CCH will be verifying daily visitation, as appropriate.
Housekeeping - Hotel housekeeping will be provided daily while guests are away from their room.
There is a continental breakfast provided daily.
Parking is available at no cost.
Hawthorn Suites is 2.5 miles from the UMC and 1.1 miles from CCH. Shuttle transportation will not be provided by the hotel but arrangements can be made via RMHC for scheduled pick up and drop off if needed.
Hawthorn Suites is a non-smoking facility - any violation of this policy or any other hotel policy will result in immediate removal from your stay at the hotel.
